HB Design values your privacy and the security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you visit our store or make a purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

We collect only what is needed to serve you:

• Account data: name, email, phone and, when required, tax ID.
• Addresses for shipping and billing.
• Order data: purchased items, amounts and purchase history.
• Payment data: processed by certified partners. We do not store your full card number.
• Browsing data: device information and cookies to improve your experience.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, issue invoices, inform you of order status, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. With your consent, we also send news, launches and promotions, which you can opt out of at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share information only when necessary with: carriers and the postal service (for delivery), financial institutions and payment providers (to process the purchase), technology providers that support us, and competent authorities when required by law.

We use cookies to keep the site running, remember your cart and preferences and analyze store performance. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, aware that some features may stop working properly.

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to information. No system is entirely infallible, so we continuously work to keep the environment secure.

HB Design jewelry is handmade from 925 silver and natural Amazonian materials. Because they are handcrafted, small variations in color, texture, shape and finish are natural and part of each piece's uniqueness, and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

To make a purchase, you may need to create an account with true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

All prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) and may change without prior notice. An order is only confirmed after payment approval by the responsible institution. We accept the main credit cards and Pix, in a 100% secure environment.

Pieces that are not in ready stock are made to order and take on average 2 to 3 days to be finished before dispatch. Days the store is closed and dates when the postal service does not collect packages may affect the final lead time. See our FAQ for more details.

As soon as the order is shipped, we provide the tracking code for you to follow. Transit times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to external factors, such as the postal service's operational conditions.

Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), you have the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of receipt. For exchanges and returns, the piece must show no signs of use, no damage and be in its original packaging.

Every piece comes with a certificate of quality and a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover natural wear or damage caused by misuse, drops or contact with chemicals.

The HB Design brand, logo, texts, images and jewelry designs are our property and protected by law. Reproduction, copying or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

We strive to keep the site information accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for any typing errors, temporary unavailability or delays caused by third parties, such as carriers.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of Belém, Pará, are elected to settle any matters arising from these Terms, unless otherwise provided by law.
