About Us

The company HB Design is the result of efforts promoted by the Gems and Jewelry Program of Pará launched in 1998.
HB Design, like other companies, was born informally on July 18, 2002, through the work of Helena Bezerra.

In 2005, the company enhanced its production structure by adding a design professional through the service provided by (Lídia Abrahim).
In 2007 the company became formalized, and in 2008 it secured its own space in São José Liberto, thereby increasing its sales volume and establishing its own production unit with jewelry craftsmanship by Emerson Macedo.

Helena Bezerra is a fashion designer with experience in the jewelry sector since 2001. She holds a postgraduate degree in Fashion Product from Faculdade Estácio do Pará, a jewelry craftsmanship course from SENAI PA, and has completed various other courses in jewelry, fashion, crafts, and sales. As owner of HB Design, a company registered with the Gem and Jewelry Institute of the Amazon Program, she operates a boutique in the Pará Jewelry Hub, developing and marketing collections of sustainable jewelry with an Amazonian theme.

Our Manufacturing Process

When manufacturing pieces and collections, HB Design uses a detailed process that begins with design and then with the project, developed by a designer.

Next, a mold is created, allowing mass replication of pieces through casting at the company LPJOIAS (Francileudo Furtado).

With the mold ready, we proceed to the process of wax injection in the mold, which enables the creation of a wax tree.

This tree is coated with a refractory material to form a heat-resistant mold. After curing, the wax is removed, leaving cavities in the shape of the pieces.

Then the mold is filled with molten silver, resulting in a tree of silver pieces.

Afterward, we take this tree to the workshop, where we perform trimming to separate each piece individually.

The individual pieces return from the workshop and move to the painting bench, where Paraense enameling and final touches are done.
Thus, we arrive at the final product, ready to delight our customers.
